How to Get Involved

A big part of a student’s university experience takes place outside the classroom and without the rigid structure of a class schedule. At Florida Polytechnic University, we make it easy for students to get involved in a myriad of activities. Why? Because involvement in campus activities strengthens student ties to the University, promotes teamwork and leadership skills, and is a great way to meet new people who can become friends for a lifetime!

Studies show that college students involved in even one activity outside the classroom perform better in their course work and are more likely to succeed after graduation.

The list below links Florida Poly students to organizations and extracurricular activities. From student clubs to intramural sports, there are diverse activities that suit most every interest. If you still don’t know how to start or where to begin, feel free to reach out to Student Life Coordinator Dana Kwiatkowski for assistance.
